We are seeking a dedicated Compensation Analyst for a contract-to-permanent opportunity with our non-profit organization based in Los Angeles. In this role, you will support our Leave of Absence, Payroll, and Benefits team by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. You will interact with individuals at all levels within the organization, requiring a strong adherence to departmental procedures and a commitment to accurate and efficient operations. The position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our compensation processes and ensuring that all payroll and benefits functions are executed smoothly and in compliance with relevant regulations. As a Compensation Analyst, you will provide administrative support for the Leave of Absence, Payroll, and Benefits functions. This includes managing payroll using ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now, utilizing ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for effective data transfer, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while fostering positive employee relations. You will also use HRMS and Ceridian for human resource management and payroll processing, oversee time tracking and management using 'About Time', and administer benefits functions and compensation processes. Your role will also involve ensuring accuracy in processing customer credit applications and maintaining records, as well as resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts effectively. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector, along with proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Knowledge of ATS, experience with Ceridian and HRMS, and familiarity with About Time software are essential. You will need to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is critical, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You should also possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, working independently and as part of a team.
