About the position

The Compensation Analyst will provide general support in compensation-related tasks, assist the recruiting team with compensation offers, and partner with HR business partners to address pay questions using market data and internal equity. This role involves preparing and administering the year-end compensation planning cycle, managing payout matrices, and creating communication materials for total compensation changes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiting team with compensation offers
  • Partner with HR business partners to address pay questions using market data and internal equity
  • Prepare and administer the year-end compensation planning cycle
  • Manage 2015 payout matrix to determine Total Compensation
  • Partner with HRIS to create and analyze year-end reporting
  • Create communication plan and materials for changes to total compensation
  • Assist with communication materials on compensation program changes
  • Review jobs and titles for consistent formatting
  • Develop career ladders as time permits
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in compensation analysis and planning
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with HR business partners
  • Familiarity with market data and internal equity
  • Experience with compensation communication materials
