• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Work closely with HR and finance teams to support accurate payroll processing
• Support recruiting efforts by researching market trends and salary benchmarks
• Use HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Lawson, and Ceridian for data management
• Manage leave processes, including FMLA and Medicare coordination

Requirements

• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with payroll systems and processes
