About the position

The position involves partnering with the Compensation Consulting group and other Rewards team members to manage key Total Rewards initiatives. The role focuses on developing and supporting a competitive companywide compensation program, participating in compensation planning, and ensuring compliance with pay practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts analysis of jobs to evaluate and recommend adjustments for internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.
  • Participates in annual and quarterly compensation planning, including audits and training partners on tools.
  • Partners with vendors to ensure renewal of salary survey sources and recommends enhancements to the salary survey library.
  • Researches, analyzes, and prepares salary planning recommendations and data submission packages for salary surveys.
  • Maintains organization-wide HRIS tables relevant to compensation and ensures accurate coding.
  • Develops and revises job descriptions in compliance with federal and state regulations in partnership with HR Business Partners.
  • Reviews changes to regulatory compliance and makes recommendations regarding minimum wage changes.
  • Maintains final compensation-related documents in respective organizational sites.
  • Administers the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, including communications and updates.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in broad base, executive, or HR-specific compensation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Workday or other large ERP systems.
  • Understanding of salary structure development principles and compensation market pricing analysis.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Integrity in handling confidential company and sensitive employee information.
