About the position

Cintas is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our corporate compensation team. This role is pivotal in analyzing current organizational pay practices and making recommendations for changes to ensure equity and competitiveness within the company. The Compensation Analyst will conduct job analyses to determine appropriate salary levels and advise management on compensation actions. This includes participating in salary surveys and analyses, ensuring that job descriptions accurately reflect job duties, and reviewing proposals for new or revised classifications to determine salary grade assignments. The analyst will serve as the compensation Center of Excellence (COE) within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and assist in developing incentive plans. Additionally, the role involves training employee-partners on compensation administration and providing consulting support on hourly production wage scales. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and formulas, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The ability to analyze and interpret data is crucial for success in this position. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. The role also requires at least 2 years of relevant compensation experience, which will enhance the candidate's ability to contribute effectively to the team.
