About the position

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with over 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will review job descriptions, level jobs using Radford data, and help create compensation bands and career ladders for our teams. The primary focus will be on 150 positions in the United States. If the candidate has international compensation experience, there may also be opportunities to work on roles in Taiwan. This position is fully remote, preferably located in Northern California, and is a contract position with a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Review job descriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Level jobs using Radford data to determine appropriate compensation.
• Create compensation bands for various roles within the organization.
• Develop career ladders to facilitate employee growth and development.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align compensation strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in job description review and job leveling.
• Experience utilizing Radford data for compensation analysis.
• Ability to create compensation bands and career ladders effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

Nice-to-haves

• International compensation experience, particularly in Taiwan.
