About the position

As a Compensation Analyst at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., you will play a crucial role within the Global Total Rewards team, focusing on the analysis and delivery of compensation programs on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with HR and business partner teams to identify and resolve compensation-related issues. This position requires a proactive approach to salary planning activities, conducting market data requests, and performing compensation research to support the company's compensation strategies. You will assist in preparing compensation recommendations for review and distribution, and support the Compensation team during the global year-end compensation process. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day analysis and administration needs related to the company's compensation plans, manage the Compensation inbox, and respond to various compensation-related requests. Your role will also involve participating in meetings, training sessions, and practice improvement initiatives, as well as assisting in the creation of communication materials and providing analytical support for quarterly reporting, including bonus accruals and other analyses as needed. You will utilize published compensation data to evaluate market trends and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by documenting internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with salary planning activities and market data requests.
  • Conduct compensation research to support compensation strategies.
  • Prepare compensation recommendations for review and distribution.
  • Support the Compensation team during the global year-end compensation process.
  • Handle day-to-day analysis and administration needs related to compensation plans.
  • Manage the Compensation inbox and respond to compensation-related requests.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and practice improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in creating communication materials for compensation programs.
  • Provide analytical support for quarterly reporting, including bonus accruals and other analyses.
  • Evaluate compensation trends in the market using published data.
  • Document internal processes for compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience supporting mid-sized companies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Compensation, HR, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of compensation structure, market pricing, and general annual compensation planning.
  • Experience with compensation administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert data into digestible and presentable formats.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within established deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation.
