About the position

The Compensation Analyst at MK Industries is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation policies and programs. This role involves conducting labor market surveys, analyzing compensation trends, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The analyst will also support HR Business Partners in compensation-related activities and facilitate training across the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain retention records and track bonuses and incentives.
• Conduct surveys and studies of labor markets to determine compensation trends.
• Review and update job descriptions and qualifications.
• Establish pay rates and analyze government regulations for compliance.
• Review job classification and make recommendations.
• Support HR Business Partners for compensation-related activities.
• Perform reporting and trend analysis.
• Facilitate and conduct training across the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Technical skills related to compensation analysis.
• Experience in developing and conducting training sessions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior HR experience.
