About the position

The Compensation Analyst will support Cushman & Wakefield's Global Compensation and HR People Partner team by managing various compensation-related activities, including market pricing, survey participation, reporting, and data audits. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of compensation data across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support client requests for compensation-related information.
  • Review, evaluate, and market price jobs using multiple market pricing tools.
  • Maintain job evaluation data/tools for all positions within the Americas organization.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze wage data upon publication.
  • Complete internal equity reviews as requested.
  • Design, generate, consolidate, and manipulate data to provide meaningful reports.
  • Develop and execute processes to audit and cleanse compensation-related data.
  • Create and run audit reports to maintain compensation data integrity.
  • Assist in the year-end annual compensation process as a liaison with HR People Partners.
  • Provide assistance with compensation trends, analytics, and salary administration.
  • Revise and maintain compensation policies and procedures documents.
  • Assist in planning for projects, including project decks and communications.
  • Manage invoices for the compensation team.
  • Monitor the global compensation mailbox for timely responses.
  • Ensure compliance with all compensation-related laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years in a Compensation/HR/Data Analytics role in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to analyze and provide insight on large volumes of data.
  • Working towards Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • Experience with Global Compensation preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with all levels of HR and Management.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems, with strong Workday knowledge preferred.
  • General knowledge of compliance laws, including DOL, FLSA, and Anti-Trust Regulations.
