About the position

The Compensation Analyst at Epic Games plays a crucial role in supporting the HR and rewards cycle project teams by providing timely and accurate compensation insights. This position involves designing and maintaining compensation tools, managing survey data, and ensuring data integrity in collaboration with HR partners. The analyst will also participate in statistical analyses related to pay equity and advise on compensation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain compensation tools for market analysis and employee retention evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities for data processing and analytics automation and develop project plans for implementation.
  • Manage survey data, including regular updates of market analysis workbooks and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure data integrity and enhance employee data auditing capabilities.
  • Participate in statistical analyses regarding pay equity with internal and external counsel.
  • Advise HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation programs, including rewards cycle calculations and job evaluations.

Requirements

  • Direct experience with global Compensation program administration, preferably in gaming, technology, entertainment, or media industries.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets experience, including VBA and/or Google Apps Script; R or Python skills are a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS Technology, preferably Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation administration.
  • Familiarity with major compensation survey vendors, especially Radford.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent listening, organizational, and time-management abilities.
