About the position

As a Compensation Analyst at Gates Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting and administering the day-to-day activities related to compensation programs. This position is designed for individuals who are inspired by challenging the status quo and thrive in collaborative environments that drive results. Gates Corporation is a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions, and as part of our global team, you will be located in either our Denver, Englewood, or Rochester Hills office. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and analyzing salary data, determining pay grades and job levels, and completing compensation surveys. You will conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations to HR Business Partners and business line managers, ensuring that our compensation strategies are effectively implemented. In this role, you will review jobs for internal leveling and serve as a resource to HR Managers regarding salary offers and promotions. Additionally, you will support production roles and structures in certain regions and assist in the global annual salary and bonus planning process. Your contributions will extend to developing compensation-related communication and training materials, which you will deliver in-person or present to HR Business Partners and local management. Completing salary survey submissions and conducting research and analysis of compensation programs will also be key aspects of your role.
