About the position

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for evaluating existing jobs within the NCH Human Resources department, focusing on matching job descriptions in Payscale's compensation platform, Payfactors. This role involves conducting market analysis to determine competitive positioning for new and existing jobs, with the potential for future projects after the initial assignment is completed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the organization's jobs, responsibilities, and requirements
• Conducts market analysis of new and existing jobs to determine competitive positioning
• Matches the job within the Payfactors platform
• Uploads required data files to keep information up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Payfactors experience is required
• 2 to 4 years of compensation experience required, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Strong working knowledge of subject matter
