About the position

The Compensation Analyst at onsemi plays a crucial role in managing and leading compensation and benefits projects across the organization. This position is responsible for designing compensation structures, coordinating salary and bonus planning, and advising managers on compensation-related decisions. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive relationships with business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization.
  • Manages, leads, and develops the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Team.
  • Builds and maintains positive and influential relationships with managers and stakeholders.
  • Designs various compensation and benefits policies.
  • Creates basic compensation structures aligned with corporate culture and values.
  • Coordinates compensation processes such as salary planning and bonus planning.
  • Advises managers on compensation, benefits, and employee motivation decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits management in a multinational enterprise HR setting.
  • Strong execution capability and ability to identify priorities.
  • Ability to articulate points of view to business leaders and establish credibility.
  • Excellent networking and influencing skills with good listening abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tough deadlines.
  • Strong learning agility.
