The Compensation Analyst will take the lead on all compensation survey participation, analysis, upkeep of our compensation survey management tool, and ad-hoc market pricing for our Compensation Partners. They will be a team player ensuring all outputs are QA'd from the team and processes are followed to ensure compliance for controls and audits. Conduct ongoing maintenance, proposal process improvement, reconfiguration, and implementation of systems. Data accuracy will be paramount. The partnerships will consist of providing data to our compensation and HR business partner in an efficient and effective manner, creating process improvement and automation where possible and provide a quality client experience. The role reports to the Director, Global Compensation. Focus will be on compensation surveys, data, and market analysis. Along with global, enterprise-wide data analytics. Conduct compensation market analysis, build methodology, model budgets, create complex data sets from multiple sources, and edit in front of high-level leadership on-the-spot. The Compensation Analyst will also participate in survey participation & assessment, ensuring methodology is up to date and sharing results with the Compensation team. The role involves maintaining and optimizing Market Pay through global market analysis, creating data automation & dashboarding that is user-friendly and intuitive, and reporting for cross-functional partners such as payroll and finance. Ongoing analysis of all programs inclusive of geo diff, shift diff, sign on, retention, severance, and all special pay practices will also be part of the responsibilities. In addition, the Compensation Analyst will be responsible for data integrity QA and enhancement, partnering with HRIS on job code tables and any large-scale employee movement, and understanding the organizational architecture and its impact on data. They will prepare data guidelines, QA, validate, and audit for the Thrive Rewards (annual compensation cycle) analysis & budgeting, and build reports for Finance and Payroll. Teamwork is essential, as the analyst will create annual calendars, trackers, and needs assessments from the team, review debriefs, and collaborate on solutions for improvement while building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams such as TA, HRIS, and Finance.
