Responsibilities

  • Support the compensation team in various tasks related to compensation processes.
  • Assist in the bonuses processes at the firm.
  • Design and implement compensation processes and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of compensation or related HR experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, MarketPay, or CompXL systems a plus).
