We're currently seeking to hire an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our organization remains competitive in the market by evaluating job positions, designing compensation packages, and implementing incentive programs aligned with the company's strategic goals. This will be a Hybrid position at our Chicago, IL or Fort Worth, TX locations. In this role, you will conduct job evaluations, market analyses, and research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations. You will maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions within the organization and ensure alignment with job duties performed. Identifying process improvement and best practice opportunities for business processes will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will document new procedures and business process workflows, participate in third-party compensation surveys, and perform research with peer companies and similar external markets. Additionally, you will analyze job profiles and specifications using job evaluation and leveling techniques, align jobs, and establish compensation parameters that are equitable within the organization and competitive to the external market. Ensuring all reviewed jobs have the proper exemption status, meet compliance requirements, and regulatory standards will also be part of your duties.
