The Compensation Analyst role at Robert Half involves participating in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on employee compensation tasks. Responsibilities

  • Administering compensation programs and conducting compensation analysis.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of bonus programs.
  • Participating in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position.
  • Assisting in budget processes and conducting compensation benchmarking.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas for data analysis and management.
  • Using HRMS and CRM systems to maintain accurate employee and compensation records.
  • Working with Workday for compensation administration and data management.
  • Performing annual compensation activities and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Leveraging skills in data analysis to derive insights from compensation data.
  • Auditing compensation data and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Bonus Program management.
  • Familiarity with Budget Processes.
  • Strong skills in Compensation Analysis and Compensation Benchmarking.
  • Experience in conducting Compensation Surveys and managing Compensation Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas.
  • Knowledge of Workday software is highly desirable.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills.
  • Experience in managing Annual Compensation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to professional and ethical standards.
