About The Position
The Compensation Analyst will lead company-wide compensation programs and projects, prepare and maintain job descriptions, benchmark jobs, and analyze pay data for all company jobs. In this role, the analyst will work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure that compensation strategies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. This is an exempt position.
