About the position

EisnerAmper is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Outsourced Services team. This role involves conducting research, market pricing, and analysis to assist with report preparation and documentation for various consulting and litigation support projects. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing firm.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to support the design and development of compensation programs.
  • Assist in developing peer groups for market analysis projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive market pricing studies using various data sources.
  • Critique data to ensure findings are relevant to the labor market.
  • Develop job descriptions based on client assignments and proofread for errors.
  • Assist in preparing supporting materials for reports and training materials.
  • Participate in meetings to present findings to consulting staff.
  • Support the consulting team with initial proposal development.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding project activities and provide feedback on compensation matters.
  • Monitor project communications to ensure understanding of work plans and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 1 - 2 years of compensation or related human resources experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and demonstrate accountability for actions.
  • Ability to complete work in a timely, thorough, and error-free manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing needs and act as a team player.
  • Willingness to learn and engage in self-study to enhance consulting capabilities.
