About the position

The Compensation Analyst at Personify Health will support the company in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this role involves ensuring the effectiveness of pay structures, developing partnerships with business leaders, conducting job analyses, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The position requires a strong analytical approach and the ability to manage multiple compensation-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
  • Ensure ongoing effectiveness of pay structures and service delivery of compensation programs.
  • Develop partnerships with business leaders to provide creative compensation solutions.
  • Conduct research and formulate recommendations for compensation offers.
  • Administer compensation programs including year-end focal processes and competitive market analysis.
  • Perform job analysis and maintain accurate job documentation for all active titles.
  • Lead job benchmarking interviews and manage salary survey submissions.
  • Oversee company merit review and bonus processes.
  • Audit and analyze internal compensation practices for compliance with regulations.
  • Provide analysis and support for ongoing compensation and HR projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation within a complex global organization.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills and systematic problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of compensation practices, tools, and trends.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HR Systems, ADP WFN or similar HRIS systems.
  • Ability to present complex topics concisely to diverse stakeholders.
  • Independently problem solve and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Base compensation ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 based on location, skills, and experience.
