About the position

The Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in the People & Culture team at Priceline, providing analysis and insights on compensation programs that support employees globally. This position involves designing, implementing, and administering global compensation programs that align with the company's employee value proposition and business goals. The analyst will support the annual compensation planning process, conduct compensation evaluations, and collaborate with various teams to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits during the annual compensation planning process.
  • Provide insights using external market data to maintain competitive salary ranges.
  • Complete compensation evaluations for job requisitions in Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to improve HR systems efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance and HR teams during bonus and equity budget processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR or Finance.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an analytical role with a focus on compensation.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including formula writing and data analysis.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential compensation information with discretion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with macro creation in Excel or Google Apps script.
  • Illustrated history of living company values: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.
