About the position

The Compensation Analyst role involves maintaining retention records, tracking bonuses and incentives, and conducting labor market surveys to determine compensation trends. This position supports HR Business Partners in compensation-related activities and includes responsibilities such as reporting, trend analysis, and facilitating training across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain retention records and track bonuses and incentives.
  • Conduct surveys and studies of labor markets to determine compensation trends.
  • Review and update job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Establish pay rates and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Analyze job classifications and make recommendations.
  • Support HR Business Partners for compensation-related activities.
  • Perform reporting and trend analysis.
  • Facilitate and conduct training across the company.
  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation and incentive policies and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Entry-level experience in compensation analysis or HR.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation law.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in developing and conducting training sessions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior HR experience.
