As a Compensation Analyst at UAB Medicine, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s commitment to education and advancing medical science through research. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluation processes. You will also participate in compensation surveys, analyze data to assist in decision-making, and help develop compensation strategies that attract and retain talent. Additionally, you will manage HR processes and assist with special projects as needed, ensuring that UAB Medicine remains competitive in the job market while fostering a culture of excellence and support.
