  • Assist in various compensation-related requests, including reclassification/promotional adjustments and new hire salary offers beyond established guidelines and equity submissions.
  • Run reports from various HR systems to audit data and provide general information to support compensation processes or initiatives.
  • Review external market survey results and match internal job equivalents.
  • Participate in third-party external market surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or five years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement.
  • One year of Human Resources or functionally relevant compensation experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Compensation experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience using Workday.
  • Experience with Market Pay or Success Factors.
  • Experience with Kronos.
  • Experience and desire to work with data sets (MS Excel or Tableau).
