(UHS) is seeking a talented Compensation Analyst to provide day-to-day analytical support for UHS compensation programs both at the corporate office and for field locations. This role is essential in ensuring consistency across policies, practices, and methodologies within the Compensation team. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office and two days of flexible remote work. As a Compensation Analyst, you will conduct compensation benchmark analysis, recommend grade assignments, and handle day-to-day inquiries from field HR and Recruiting teams. You will escalate issues as necessary and coordinate activities with Compensation Leadership, field HR Directors, and other leaders. Additionally, you will serve as a primary resource for creating job descriptions, reviewing them for consistency, appropriateness, and accuracy, and providing direct feedback to Recruiting teams and hiring managers for corporate job descriptions. Your role will also involve providing administrative and analytical support on various projects, including market research, cost analyses, regulatory compliance updates (such as FLSA and minimum wage), and the implementation of new programs. You will prepare files for assigned salary survey submissions and evaluate new survey sources as they become available. Furthermore, you will assist with the planning and implementation of HRIS/Compensation Software projects related to compensation issues.
