We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with over 6 years of experience. The successful candidate will review job descriptions, level jobs using Radford data, and help create compensation bands and career ladders for our teams. The primary focus will be on 150 positions in the United States. If the candidate has international compensation experience, there may also be opportunities to work on roles in Taiwan. The role involves supporting the initiative in developing and administering compensation programs, policies, and procedures. The Compensation Analyst will analyze compensation data and market trends to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the analyst will support the compensation team in job architecture and market analysis projects to ensure appropriate compensation levels are determined for each position. The position also requires providing administrative support to the compensation team as they develop salary structures that align with company objectives and market trends. This may include preparing reports, maintaining records, and providing general assistance. The analyst will assist in the development of detailed compensation reports and analyses, and current knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting compensation is a plus. This role can provide and/or gather information for internal compensation staff, enabling the compensation team to provide guidance and advice to HR team members and management on remuneration matters.
