This position is responsible for preparing candidate compensation recommendations and contributing to the administration of compensation programs. The analyst will prepare survey submissions, maintain data and tables, update reports, analyze data, and assist in the creation of salary structures. Additionally, the role involves auditing job descriptions, identifying survey matches, and assisting with position evaluations to ensure that compensation practices align with market standards and organizational goals. In this role, the Compensation Analyst will provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments. The analyst will audit and maintain employee data, job tables, salary structures, and task logs to ensure accuracy and compliance with compensation policies. The position also requires assistance with annual compensation processes, such as Pay Planning, which includes merit increases, bonuses, and long-term incentives. The analyst will review and update job descriptions in coordination with HR Business Partners and assist in the evaluation and pricing of positions to ensure competitive compensation practices. Market pricing and analysis of positions and incumbents with respect to pay grades are essential functions of this role. The Compensation Analyst will complete market pricing survey submissions to gather data that informs compensation decisions and strategies. This position requires a keen attention to detail and effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
