About the position

ATI is seeking a results-driven Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team, responsible for the analysis and administration of compensation programs that support ATI's compensation philosophy. This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Dallas or our Enterprise Resource Center in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our competitive edge in the market, helping to attract, retain, and develop top talent for a growing, world-class manufacturing company servicing the global aerospace and defense markets. In this position, you will ensure accuracy in job pricing, survey participation, and internal equity analysis. You will maintain and track sensitive HRIS data with a strong emphasis on data integrity. Utilizing compensation benchmarking tools, you will analyze compensation structure and policies, including market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. You will also be responsible for the effective administration of compensation projects and programs, successfully administering annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs within specified timeframes. Assisting with the development and delivery of training for various employee Total Reward programs will enhance employee understanding and engagement. Additionally, you will participate in special projects, driving initiatives such as Pay for Performance and the development of the Total Rewards Portal, while supporting the administration of company policies, including Global Mobility and Employee Recognition, ensuring compliance and effective implementation. Communication and stakeholder satisfaction are key components of this role. You will conduct internal equity analyses to provide data-driven salary recommendations for new hires and internal promotions. Effectively communicating with HR business partners and collaborating with other HR functions will support continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing overall HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation administration and/or analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
