About the position

The Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in Lucid Motors' Sales and Service organization by conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, and partnering with HR to administer compensation programs. This position requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, who can effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive reward programs.
• Analyze data and develop reports on reward usage, program costs, and effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of reward programs to support strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to HR partners, recruiters, and hiring managers on rewards-related matters.
• Compile, analyze, review, and audit reward data and processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to reward expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of broad-based compensation experience.
• Ability to create and interpret financial models and perform data analysis using Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with internal stakeholders and outside consultants.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree.
• Proven experience in conducting job evaluations, market pricing, and pay structure analysis.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
