Responsibilities

• Assists with the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and annual merit reviews.
• Conducts market research and participates in compensation surveys to gather data and analyze market trends.
• Provides support in preparing compensation reports and analyses to assist in policy-making and salary structure recommendations.
• Reviews job descriptions and performs job evaluations to ensure roles are accurately classified and compensated.
• Assists in developing and maintaining compensation tools, databases, and other resources to support data accuracy and reporting needs.
• Collaborates with HR team members to respond to compensation-related inquiries and provide guidance on pay practices.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA requirements.
• Supports the implementation and communication of compensation programs and processes to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
