About the position

NextStep Recruiting is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join a large manufacturing company in Dallas, TX. This role is crucial for supporting the compensation department in various data analysis and manipulation tasks related to job coding and job grading for over 6,000 roles across more than 75 facilities in North America. The successful candidate will work closely with the Compensation Manager and several Vice Presidents, contributing to an interesting project engagement that is expected to last through the end of the year, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing compensation data, ensuring accurate job coding and grading, and providing insights that will help shape the company's compensation strategy. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in data modeling. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources or Finance, with at least two years of experience in compensation analysis. Familiarity with UKG / UltiPro Payroll and HRIS modules is essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong experience with UKG / UltiPro Payroll and HRIS modules.
