About the position

The Compensation Analyst at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and recommending pay actions to retain a talented and engaged workforce. This role involves collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure new hire offers align with internal equity and supporting the Compensation Director in developing compensation philosophy and salary administration guidelines. The analyst will also work with HRIS to ensure compensation grades and job profiles are accurately aligned in Workday, while independently resolving complex pay concerns across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze compensation data to recommend pay actions.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to align new hire offers with internal equity.
  • Support the Compensation Director in developing compensation philosophy and salary administration guidelines.
  • Work with HRIS to ensure compensation grades and job profiles are aligned in Workday.
  • Resolve complex pay concerns across various departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience performing compensation tasks.
  • At least five years of experience demonstrating progressive HR responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly with formulas used in compensation analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compensation structures.
