About the position

The Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in administering cash and equity compensation programs within a global investment and advisory firm. This position involves executing related accounting processes and ensuring accurate compensation management for employees.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile all compensation, prepaid amortization, and payroll transactions
• Administer non-cash compensation programs including maintaining vesting schedules and generating journal entries
• Review and support sales commissions calculations and reporting
• Review and process employee offer letters and off-cycle compensation change documentation
• Assist with preparation of employee total compensation statements
• Review compensation audit deliverables, draft inquiry responses, and prepare various footnotes
• Prepare due diligence request responses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or HR
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Workday a plus
