About the position

The Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. This position requires a strong understanding of compensation practices and principles, as well as the ability to provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage various compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and equity plans.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Conduct job evaluations and maintain job descriptions for proper classification and compensation.
  • Participate in salary surveys as required.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation practices.
  • Utilize UKG/HRIS technology for managing compensation processes and provide training to HR team members.
  • Coordinate the annual salary review and bonus processes in collaboration with HR and department leaders.
  • Generate and analyze compensation reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in multi-state compensation analysis
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in compensation tools, MS Office products, and HRIS systems
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and compliance requirements
  • Excellent data analysis skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • CCP, CMS, GRP or similar certification preferred

  • Competitive salary range of $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
