The Compensation Analyst role at a Fortune 500 Software Organization involves supporting the Compensation team by providing operational and analytical expertise. Responsibilities

  • Support the Compensation team by providing operational and analytical expertise.
  • Build solid relationships with HR Business Partners and Managers.
  • Provide guidance on compensation programs and the annual Rewards Planning process.
  • Collaborate with compensation team members, recruiters, and global mobility to address compensation-related challenges.
  • Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.
  • Provide input to improve compensation programs to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Compensation.
  • Experience with Workday and Excel.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Interest in analyzing data to drive decision-making.
