About The Position
Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Compensation Analyst in our Total Rewards Center of Excellence within the HR team. The Compensation Analyst role supports the development, implementation and administration of various global compensation programs, policies and processes, including but not limited to base pay administration, market pricing, survey participation, and year-end compensation cycle to support our ongoing alignment with our pay-for-performance philosophy. This position will report to the Global Compensation Manager. Location: This position will be based in one of the following locations - Alpharetta GA, Charlotte NC, New York City or Purchase, NY.
