The Compensation Analyst at LCMC Health plays a crucial role in supporting the management and execution of the compensation program. The analyst will implement an understanding of healthcare job families, including related education, competencies, and licenses, to make informed recommendations. Evaluating FLSA classifications for jobs into appropriate non-exempt, exempt, and managerial positions is also a key responsibility, along with managing the job description library. The position requires expertise in pay modeling and salary analysis, where the analyst will research system problems, lead market data analysis projects, and provide recommendations for competitive pay levels and salary structures. As a subject matter expert, the analyst will utilize analytical skills to develop financial and data models that provide actionable insights. Additionally, the role involves performing statistical analyses and participating in salary surveys to maintain competitive pay practices. The analyst will also support the delivery and communication of the annual compensation review process, providing necessary HR/statistical information to administration and department managers to facilitate informed decision-making.
