About the position

Join us for the Summer 2025 Internship Program at Commvault, where you will have the opportunity to assist in the analysis and administration of our compensation programs, which include salaries, bonuses, and long-term incentives. As an intern, you will participate in salary surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information, helping to determine the company's market relationship. You will also review job descriptions for appropriateness and prepare job classifications, job audits, and organizational charts. In this role, you will support the HR team in the daily use of data management systems to compile and track performance metrics and benchmarks. You will prepare reports and presentations that explain compensation details to management and other stakeholders, assisting with the implementation of new compensation plans and updates to existing plans. Additionally, you will provide support in the development of communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's compensation package and document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned compensation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis and administration of compensation programs including salaries, bonuses, and long-term incentives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
