This hybrid role is pivotal in supporting our compensation strategies and will provide opportunities to engage with other functions within the People Ops team, including People Analytics and HRIS. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our annual compensation review cycles, which involve analyzing compensation data and making recommendations regarding merit increases, market adjustments, promotions, and incentive payouts. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our data management processes, ensuring that we can effectively track various compensation programs. In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing reporting and dashboarding for the broader People team and business leaders, aiding in critical and strategic decision-making. Upholding data integrity is paramount; therefore, you will conduct regular internal audits within Angi's HRIS to validate the consistency and accuracy of our people data.
