About the position

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Compensation Analyst position. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal and external market pricing and pay equity reviews across the organization. This includes managing annual salary range adjustments and creating useful HR analytics using tools such as Excel, Lawson (Infor), and PowerBI. You will design and generate meaningful reports and analyses that will guide decision-making around compensation, turnover, and performance metrics. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day support for our performance management tool and its various processes. Your duties will also encompass pay survey work, which includes submission, tracking, and analysis. You will assist with the annual salary increase process and help manage payouts for the management incentive process. Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal and external market pricing and pay equity reviews across the organization.
  • Manage annual salary range adjustments.
  • Create HR analytics using Excel, Lawson (Infor), PowerBI, etc.
  • Design and generate meaningful reports and analyses to guide decision-making around compensation, turnover, and performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of human resources experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a compensation analyst.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
