About the position

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Compensation Analyst for the Revenue Operations team. This role involves analyzing and administering employee compensation plans to ensure timely and accurate commission payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of compensation practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential as the analyst will help steer the company's compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Administration of monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, and analysis for all segments of the Revenue team.
• Track and administer incentive spiffs, adjustments, and exceptions.
• Partner with Finance in ensuring timely commission payout submissions according to the local payroll schedules.
• Address and resolve any commission or compensation plan related inquiries.
• Assist in compensation plan creation and distribution.
• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly accruals and reconciliations for commissions accounting.
• Maintain and support the build and implementation of compensation plans in the sales commission tool.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis in a B2B, SaaS environment
• Experience with compensation tools and software (QuotaPath, Captivate IQ, Xactly)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/G-Sheets and G-Slides
• Proficiency in SFDC
• A high degree of flexibility, be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
