About the position

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with over 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will review job descriptions, level jobs using Radford data, and help create compensation bands and career ladders for our teams. The primary focus will be on 150 positions in the United States. If the candidate has international compensation experience, there may also be opportunities to work on roles in Taiwan. This role is crucial in ensuring that our compensation structures are competitive and equitable, aligning with industry standards and internal equity. The Compensation Analyst will collaborate closely with HR and management to analyze compensation data, provide insights, and recommend adjustments as necessary. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compensation practices and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Review job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with company standards.
  • Level jobs using Radford data to determine appropriate compensation levels.
  • Create compensation bands that reflect market trends and internal equity.
  • Develop career ladders to support employee growth and development.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of job description review and job leveling processes.
  • Experience utilizing Radford data for compensation analysis.
  • Proven ability to create compensation bands and career ladders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to address compensation-related issues.

Nice-to-haves
