The primary focus will be on 150 positions in the United States. If the candidate has international compensation experience, there may also be opportunities to work on roles in Taiwan. This role is crucial in ensuring that our compensation structures are competitive and equitable, aligning with industry standards and internal equity. The Compensation Analyst will collaborate closely with HR and management to analyze compensation data, provide insights, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
