You will also support the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams by providing insights into job requirements and necessary skills for recruitment and training purposes. Additionally, you will benchmark compensation against market data, prepare recommendations for salary ranges, and maintain job classifications and salary scales. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you gather data from compensation surveys and conduct cost analyses to inform employee negotiations and collective bargaining agreements. The role requires a proactive approach to tracking activities and creating dashboards to monitor projects and assignments related to job analysis and compensation.
