As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing compensation data, ensuring pay structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. In this role, you will conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices. You will analyze internal job structures and pay scales to identify and address pay disparities. Additionally, you will maintain and manage compensation data and databases, preparing and analyzing compensation reports and metrics to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. You will assist in the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and benefits. It will be your responsibility to review and ensure compliance with compensation policies, regulations, and best practices, staying updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure our compensation practices are legally compliant and competitive. As part of your advisory support role, you will provide guidance and support to People business partners and management on compensation-related inquiries and challenges. You will also develop and deliver communication materials related to compensation programs and lead or participate in special projects related to compensation, such as job evaluations, salary surveys, and compensation audits. Continuous improvement will be a key focus as you evaluate and streamline processes that impact compensation process execution to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in compensation or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in compensation management software.
  • Knowledge of compensation trends, best practices, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
