Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, and Seabourn offer world-renowned vacations at sea to travelers around the globe. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, unified organization as part of their highly experienced team in our corporate office. We're looking for an experienced Compensation Professional to fill this role. You'll be responsible for supporting the administration and analysis of the organization's compensation programs. Contribute to compensation and analytical activities including the design, development, modelling and costing of base pay programs to evaluate internal equity, external market competitiveness and legal compliance of pay practices. Monitor all Federal, State and local regulatory requirements and maintain tracking files. As a Compensation Analyst, you will carry out analytical assignments involving the analysis and administration of shoreside compensation programs. You will analyze and evaluate new and existing positions to assess level, grade placement and pay range. Utilizing internal and external data, you will formulate recommendations when working with HR Business Partners and provide support to client groups in facilitating changes related to department reorganizations. Additionally, you will analyze new and existing roles for appropriate exempt or non-exempt FLSA classification, maintaining compliance with internal practices and external regulatory requirements. You will track changes to minimum wage and salary exempt thresholds, analyze cost impact of increases, and provide recommendations based on your review of data. Your role will also involve participating in salary surveys and analyzing survey data to determine the competitiveness of compensation programs. This may require data mining for hard-to-benchmark jobs followed by data collection, analysis, and feedback on results. Keeping abreast of trends regarding compensation issues and legislative or regulatory updates will be crucial, as you will assess trends to determine applicability to existing and/or new policies, practices, and programs. You will support compensation projects such as merit processes, EEO and SOC updates, incentive payouts, and other projects. Monitoring the Shoreside Compensation mailbox and responding to questions will also be part of your responsibilities, engaging HR Business Partners or Compensation Consultants when needed.
