About the position

As a Total Rewards Analyst at ilocatum, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and maintaining the pay structure and benefits program of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough analyses of wage and salary data, keeping a close eye on market conditions and trends. This will involve collaborating with benefits vendors and processing employee benefit claims to ensure that our offerings remain competitive and compliant with regulations. You will also be tasked with staying updated on government employment regulations to ensure that our practices align with legal requirements. In addition to your analytical duties, you will be involved in planning projects that focus on total reward initiatives, which are essential for attracting and retaining top talent. You will support management with the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring that the system is utilized effectively to manage employee data and benefits. Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team will be key, as you will assist in various HR processes that impact recruitment and employee satisfaction. Your role will also include addressing and resolving employee inquiries or concerns regarding benefit enrollment and coverage, ensuring that employees have a clear understanding of their options. You will facilitate the open enrollment process, working to create a smooth experience for employees as they select their benefits for the upcoming year. Additionally, you will provide support for wellness programs and strategies, helping to promote a healthy workplace culture. Managing and overseeing leave of absence requests will be another important aspect of your job, as you will ensure compliance with compensation plans and assist in the implementation of new modules and upgrades in HR systems. Daily HRIS support to managers and employees will be a part of your responsibilities, making your role integral to the overall functioning of the HR department.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Finance.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.
