About the position

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating and maintaining the pay structure and benefits program within the organization. This position involves a comprehensive analysis of wage and salary data, as well as monitoring market conditions to ensure competitive compensation practices. The analyst will work closely with benefits vendors to process employee benefit claims and ensure compliance with government employment regulations. In addition to these responsibilities, the analyst will plan and execute projects focused on total reward initiatives, which may include developing new compensation strategies or enhancing existing benefits programs. The role also requires collaboration with management to assist with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring that the system is effectively utilized for managing employee data and benefits. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to address employee inquiries or concerns regarding benefit enrollment and coverage. They will facilitate the open enrollment process, ensuring that employees are well-informed about their options. Furthermore, the analyst will support wellness programs and strategies, manage leave of absence requests, and ensure compliance with compensation plans. The role may also involve supporting the implementation of new HRIS modules or upgrades, providing day-to-day HRIS support to both managers and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
