The Compensation and Benefits Manager (+HR Controller) plays a critical role in supporting our organization’s Human Resources operations, including HR budgeting & forecasting, payroll, benefits, and the management of employee data and HR information systems (HRIS). This position is responsible for managing and analyzing human resource data, driving competitive compensation programs, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional with a strong background in payroll, benefits administration, HR controlling and HR systems. This role will be based in New York City; however, we are also open to it being based in Raleigh, NC.
