The average first-year earnings for this role range from $65K to $85K, with top performers having the potential to earn over $150K. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales representative role with a proven track record of turning prospects into customers.
  • A state insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support in Property & Casualty and Life insurance.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
