We are looking for a Compensation and Rewards Analyst responsible for planning, implementing & maintaining our compensation and rewards programs. You will work closely with the functional HR Business Partners and Regional HR in North America. In this role, you will implement and design the compensation programs and guidelines that align with our compensation philosophy and strategy, as well as maintain existing programs. You will partner with HRBPs, Business Leaders, and Regional HR in the design of compensation programs and provide consultation for complex compensation issues. Additionally, you will develop career ladders and competencies, regional retention programs, and employee recognition programs. Your responsibilities will also include developing educational materials, tools, and guidelines that support plans, policies, and processes, driving the merit cycle for base pay management, the Management Incentive Program, and the LTIP plan. You will manage market research and benchmarking, contribute to the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee, and review the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, providing recommendations for improvement. Furthermore, you will develop and lead the Company's comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards, ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs attract and retain world-class talent in a competitive environment. Continuous evaluation of our rewards programs will be essential to ensure alignment with our business and talent strategies, while monitoring market trends to make informed recommendations for changes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and design the compensation programs and guidelines that align to our compensation philosophy and strategy, as well as maintain existing programs.
  • Partner with the HRBPs, Business Leaders, and Regional HR in the design of compensation programs and provide consultation for complex compensation issues.
  • Partner with HRBPs to develop career ladders & competencies.
  • Partner with HRBPs to develop regional retention programs.
  • Partner with HRBPs to develop employee recognition programs.
  • Develop and partner with the L&D team to deliver educational materials, tools and guidelines that support plans, policies, processes.
  • Drive the merit cycle for base pay management, the Management Incentive Program and the LTIP plan.
  • Manage market research and benchmarking.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for Compensation Committee.
  • Review the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and lead the Company's comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards using compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment and across multi-disciplines.
  • Provide strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation programs - including annual short- and long-term incentives and executive compensation.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies.
  • Monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes and a strong understanding of changing industry landscapes to provide direction on how to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years of compensation and rewards experience preferable in a global technology organization.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of systems, compliance and financials that enable the execution of those bodies of work.
  • Strong qualitative, analytical and organizational skills to be able to interpret compensation metrics.
  • Expert level in Excel.
  • Experience with Workday compensation and benefits module (a plus).
